Chile

Considered as one of the best spots to visit in South America, Chile is an enjoyable destination for the nature lover. This country features various natural resources like volcanoes, parks and mountain ranges. Chile is a long and narrow country that stretches 4200 km from its Northern point to its Southern tip that allows it to claim the title of the longest country in the world. Despite its length, the country is only 240 km wide.

Andes is the main mountain feature of the country, which looks like an impassable wall. There are about 50 volcanic peaks found in the Andes with the Atacama desert to the North and Santiago City to the South. Chile is proud of its wine, which is one of its more famous products mainly due to its beautiful vineyards.
